If a year was tucked inside of a clock, then autumn would be the magic hour🍁
Wishing you all an amazing week ahead💫

One of the things I love about London is the mews scattered throughout the city. They are small lanes and alleys with cobbled streets that serve as a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. They once served as stables with housing for horses but have since turned into the most coveted places to live; hence the hefty price tags. One of the most now insta-famous ones I had to see for myself — Kynance Mews.
Established in the 19th century, it has managed to remain very much the same today even escaping the Blitz of WWll untouched while surrounding areas weren't so lucky. I love the preserved corners of the city. You can't get this stuff back once it's gone!

If you don't mind a small queue to get your photo (It is insta-famous after all), go check it out. Closest tube stations are Gloucester Road & South Kensington.#SheWandersHere

I finally made it to Hampstead in North London over the weekend and I'm mad at myself for not going sooner. Truly a stunning, leafy part of the city especially around this time of year.
I love a good pub, and kept seeing the The Holly Bush pop up on my feed so I had to go check it out. This pub dates back to the 1790's when Hampstead was a country town. Apparently, it's been known to be a local for the likes of Jude Law, and Liam Gallagher. #SheWandersHere

I get asked a lot how I find so many yellow doors. The truth is I get really geeky about it and spend a lot of time on google and google maps finding them. I also spot them on other peoples Instagrams and often just go for long relaxing walks around London and find them as I go. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This lovely door in Clerkenwell is one I'd wanted to snap for a while so, I planned a nice day out around it. I visited a nearby museum with my mum and packed a picnic to eat in the park opposite. It seams weird but planning a day out around a pretty door is actually pretty wonderful and definitely a new way to enjoy my city! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Back in the real world, I'm currently editing photos in a towel while trying decide what to wear and planning my day with the kids. The first day of half term is off to a slow but chilled out start! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In bloggy news, I've been a bit quiet on the blog this week, but I have loads of half written posts that I'll be working on throughout the week, so look out for new posts very soon. Including lots of fun halloween stuff. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
