Not saying @pretamangeruk is amazingly healthy 🙈 but it's good to know there are fast food options out there that can give us some good nourishment at a fairly cheap price 💰!
This is the Super Greens & Reds sandwich 🍞 with cherry tomato & red pepper tapenade 🍅🌶, lots of spinach 🌱 and kalamata olives.
Avocado is full of folate which is good for fertility 🥑, spinach has vitamin K which is important for blood clotting 💉, and olives are packed with dietary fibre (as are most whole plant foods 🌿) which helps keep you pooping regularly 💩. Gotta aspire to that 4 on the Bristol Stool Scale guys 💩👌
