Brisbane #Auction Results as @ 18th Feb 2018 β€’
We’ve just seen a fall in clearance rates by 18% from 60% to 42%. I wouldn’t say this is something to be alarmed by though - Brisbane’s Auctions clearances rates traditionally always stay around the 35% - 45% range. Rarely do we see results like we have in the past two weeks. A sign that the market is still very strong and competitive - we have see a big push by buyers to attempt to buy properties prior to auction. Could this be the reason for the low clearance? β€’
