#mealprepmonday coming in HOT! Okay maybe not hot bc I actually don't like hot and spicy foods🤔 BUT delicious all the same !! While I do aim to stick to similar foods (makes it easy for me) I still like mixing things up and having fun with new meal and recipes😋 yes, tbh sometimes meal prep gets annoying every week but I know it's what I have to and want to do to reach my goals, it's part of this lifestyle and it fuels me🔥This is where being creative with my food/meals comes in to make things interesting.
This week is:
-white rice and ground turkey (99/1 with browning sauce for flavor)
-Crockpot chicken and oven baked sweet potatoes (FINALLY🤤)
-Spaghetti squash with veggies (also added in some prepped turkey and sauces)
