Week 3 - Day 16: flip had a bad dinner late last night aka fish & chips 😅 then skipped breakfast this morning and ate left over fritters and chips for lunch. I prep my lunch every morning while I am cooking my breakfast! It's easy and takes me no more than 20 mins. I always try to keep in the fridge my good carbohydrates and meat/protein already cooked ( as it lasts 4-5 days ) so I just have to prepare the veg and mix in the container what fancy to eat that day ! And I do like tasty food and believe me they taste amazing !!! On this container : 🍴 • rice and black beans • roasted chicken breast • shitake mushroom • sun dried tomatoes • almonds and cashew nuts • sprinkle of parsley •drizzle of extra virgin olive oil

#mealprepmonday coming in HOT! Okay maybe not hot bc I actually don't like hot and spicy foods🤔 BUT delicious all the same !!
