When it comes to food prep variety is pretty important. However, it will never be as important as having a strong supportive partner! Every week sometimes even twice a week @emdiorio and myself prep our food for the week. Without her I'd be back to the days of plain chicken breast, broccoli and plain white rice! It really is the best thing to have someone in my life who is not only supportive of my lifestyle, but activity practices and participates in the same virtues! Because I'm a stay at home mom, I don't portion out everything. I like bulk (I also LOVE Costco) so I went to the store and took apart 2 rotisserie chickens. One is garlic herb (no skin) and the other is lemon pepper (no skin). After I shredded those off the carcass, i sautรฉed some peppers and onions with minced garlic.
