All meals prepped for today, all in all under/just about 1000 kcal!
Breakfast: overnight oats with a banana, chia seeds, coconut milk and cinnamon
Lunch: chicken breast (cooked on coconut oil), roasted butternut squash, romaine lettuce, spinach, pumpkin seeds
Before gym: #phddietwhey
Dinner: #strippd vegan protein and if I stay hungry - one hard boiled egg with spinach leaves and some more romaine lettuce

The key to staying on track, actually having food to eat. I can be a super lazy person so if my food isn't prepped I opt for the easiest option, delivery (which can take upwards of 40 minutes sometimes which is roughly the same time you could cook something simple yourself) I take advantage of my moments of productivity and cook, usually chicken, so there is something healthy to grab.
