End of week 5 prep and feeling pretty damn good! I had a rough week in the cravings department and was not perfect that's for sure. Luckily it was a refeed week too. Just finished cardio and some abs at home & feeling great! Finally got up early this morning and I've been able to get so much done and still have time to relax too 😌 Hitting the gym in a bit for some chest & tris, and then more cardio later tonight! Lol the grind never stops 😅 Trying to think of some good ideas for interval cardio tonight, was considering stair sprints on the beach! 🙋 Anyone else have any good ideas for HIIT training??

Day 30: I would like to introduce to the insta world, the birth of my booty shelf!!! I did not have this shape the other day, I need to squat heavy more often!!!! I did a light leg day today, and my leg strength had improved so much as I was doing 65kg as my light squat for 10 reps! Working the legs three times a week is definitely paying off! I also feel that religiously taking my BCAAS and glutamine is helping so much with my recovery as I'm not aching for more than a day really!... I feel so good right now, there's nothing better than the feeling of popping a new muscle!
