SWIPEEE⬅️late posting from yesterday: Day 3 of #surgeryprep for my 2nd of 4 #excessskinremoval surgeries 👊🏽 - Wednesday #Delts & #Traps .. one of my absolute favourites. I had a good day mentally but man, this workout was hard. So hungry & such low energy lol ugh. Also - my skin is starting to deflate again, and OBVIOUSLY that's the point, but AGAIN, I didn't expect the empty skin to be so heavy. It feels like I'm wearing an extra skin suit; melting and dripping off me. - Point is the physical sensation of 1) not being able to keep a pump, and 2) of my skin getting heavy, really overloaded my brain today, and it was tough. • My workout, cardio, sups, water, food intake, were all great. Feeling good about my body, progress, my #proteinsynthesis ❤️ just becoming painfully aware that the skin deflation will be something I mentally deal with for EVERY surgery. •Round 1: 1hr accessory lifts+1hr #fastedcardio (took pics before cardio, phone was gonna die).
Round 2: 2.5hrs of #delts + traps + triceps(they need work) = exhausted.
