Took a little break from the internet for a bit, the brain needed it. Honestly this past month I fell off the wagon with my off season prep (if thats what you call it lol) yes I know it should be easy because its all about consistency and yeah it was working.
This past month (not the whole month but quite a few days) I fell off the wagon with my diet and training. My body was getting warned out. What I mean by that my body was giving up, not by tiredness or soreness, but by having really bad pains which i couldn't function normal activity right no more. To be honest I was thinking I did not want to do this anymore because it totally takes time and hard work. .
I definitely learned a lot of my weaknesses and learned a lot what my body can or cannot control. Could I have done this in a safer way FUK YES!...but the past is the past I'm a newbie at this, but still that shouldn't be no excuse. .
So by staying away from social media and doing me...focusing a lot on my self and seeing what I wanted to do...I decided not to give up! I've come a long way, I've seen what my body can do and how it can change even if it means I have to start over...I feel more happy, more motivated, definitely pain free but now I feel sore because the number of days I took off from the gym but I definitely do feel way stronger! Plus my booty has gone through so much 😂literally! Like they say when you want something there will be consequences! 😶👀
