That’s why it’s important to look after your body, which is why Steve Powell, Director of Education and Programming for Power Plate, has devised this ‘Self Care’ strategy series – see it as your very own body checklist – that will help prevent injuries from occurring, improve mobility and help activate your muscles to make your workouts more efficient.

In this video, Steve runs through four exercises that focus on breathing, the under surfaces of your feet and your calves, as well as a succession of foam roller moves – enhanced by Power Plate vibrations – to help work, strengthen and improve your lower leg complexes.
