Happy Halloween 🎃
I simply say, “be mindful”. If you know yourself to have limited control over the candy/ chocolate 🍫/ chips, when you get a taste of it, STAY AWAY from it completely or commit to 2-3 pieces and STOP🛑! The next several weeks are going to be filled with celebration after celebration. Plan for them (exercise a tad more, do intermittent fasting) so you don’t compromise your accomplished work thus far. Take control of the yo- yo!
