Ahli prep 2 2016, mula ditubuhkan pada awal tahun 2016 yg terdiri daripada 22 orang. Mempunyai pelajar yg terdiri drpd 5 aliran. Walau berbeza aliran namun kami bersatu dan saling menganggu satu sama lain.

During this prep Im going to give you all the updates. The good, the bad, and the realistic pictures. But today I am Having an absolutely perfect day of prep even with a pinched nerve in my neck. Lightly trained chest because of the pain in my neck and killed my hammies. Getting all my meals down, my BCAAs doneโœ”๏ธ and keeping on top of my gallon + of water. Feeling awesome. 15.5 weeks away... ๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’Ž slowly going to be starting to lean out this Europe trip chunk out. ๐Ÿ˜‚ adjusting to the amount of food I'm taking in has been difficult. I've been feeling bloated but I'm starting to feel strong and starting to see small changes that come with the new diet. #prep2 #europa #lifestylephysiques

My legs and gluts hurt so good today and these are one of my exercises I have to blame for that! Can't get the booty if you don't want to do the work ! You can see I am losing form this was my last set after a heavier leg day so I'm a bit tired BUTT ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ™Š still going strong! I usually have a lot of people asking me what I do for workouts so this is why I share little bits and pieces most the time more too focused on my workout to record anything but here ya go ! And yes, I am a physio and certified personal trainer but no I do not train myself;

Don't worry guys - I still lift. I guess. Week 1 has definitely been more of adjusting back to a training schedule after two deload weeks. Sometimes I just like to work in silence. ๐Ÿ˜
