The answer is yes -- typically 2-3x per week at home depending upon how I feel @ 60-70% of what I had done prior to BamBam (this was only my second workout in Israel because...well...it's too damn HOT for this mama-to-be to workout ๐Ÿ˜‚). 185lbs 3x3 Squat, 90lbs 3x5 Press & Ascending to 225lbs 1x3 DL. 33 Weeks today! Crazy! All is going so so well! I did pull my hip/low back out due to training hard legs on Sunday, then my bum getting really tight, and well forgetting that my core doesn't really help me as much as it used to! Plus, I've had low back issues for years - I have a SUPER long and SUPER flexible torso which means I REALLY need to load my lifts perfectly AND i need a VERY strong core to do it. Which is one reason I'm now VERY strict on form with my clients! Back issues SUCK! .

I had right form but forget my core isn't really there for me that much, plus with all the relaxin hormone in my body (literally relaxes your ligaments and bones to allow stretching for baby) my ability to stay tight and rigid in my lifts is compromised. I just need to be more aware of this! I know it, hehe but i was a little pissed off when I did legs on Sunday and just ROCKED them! Felt great, but my body got a little upset! Thank goodness for my chiro!! ๐Ÿ’• .

Sleeping great, no hormone swings, no cravings, no heartburn... nothing. Just not getting all the water I need.... working on that! I get at LEAST 90oz, but goal is 128oz! I can do it!! ๐Ÿ’ช

Bis/Tris/glutes... ended with high incline walking intervals. ๐Ÿ‘

At over 6.5 months prego my workouts haven't changed a lot. Biggest changes are not doing many lunges (unless I use the TRX), hip sled, and some certain ab moves. My inner thighs, hip flexors and low abs (round ligaments) are tight, but they are trying to loosen up... my body is used to begin tight and strong and activating, but with relaxin - the hormone that loosens up ligaments and tendons to make having the baby well, way easier - my body is trying to relax those! My Chiro is amazing and is keeping me perfectly adjusted, plus I'm getting a massage tomorrow to loosen up.
Still feeling so awesome! Still love my naps, but I only sleep about 6 hours a night, my usual. I'm up 21 lbs which is a little hard for me mentally... ugh never seen that number on the scale... and now I weigh the same as my hubby ๐Ÿ˜... but I KNOW that I'm beyond healthy and have NOTHING to complain about. Just a mindset shift!

I do crave more salads, weirdly do NOT like Halo Top ice cream at all, I notice I do need more carbs & water (90-128oz per day), & of COURSE need to keep my protein up (185g day)! ______
I โค more sleep, before I used to normally get 6 hours a night & be fine, um not now! Love my naps!! Also, I need more sleep after I train hard, I know it's just taking longer for my body to recover from the muscle breakdown....& sleep is when your muscles do a lot of recovery!

Lunges are about the only uncomfortable exercise, my round ligaments (which are across your low abs) are tight because I have strong abs, but they need to loosen, so lunges just pinch them in an uncomfortable way. No biggie, squats are great, leg presses, hip ups on the ball, TRY lunges are great & SO many more leg moves, so I'm good! ๐Ÿ’ช

Nooooo baby don't take my squats too! Started at 115lb. Like usual to warm up and then 135, 145, 155 (In video) then 165lb. But only got 6. Did 170 x 4 and decided to work my way back down. Only problem was there was a little pain at the bottom if my ROM in my hips. ๐Ÿ˜’๐Ÿ™ ๐Ÿ˜•๐Ÿ˜”So, if this is the new normal, I'll have to work in a different rep range or do more banded squats. Stupid relaxin. Just kidding I need you. ๐Ÿ˜ณ
