33 Weeks today! Crazy! All is going so so well! I did pull my hip/low back out due to training hard legs on Sunday, then my bum getting really tight, and well forgetting that my core doesn't really help me as much as it used to! Plus, I've had low back issues for years - I have a SUPER long and SUPER flexible torso which means I REALLY need to load my lifts perfectly AND i need a VERY strong core to do it. Which is one reason I'm now VERY strict on form with my clients! Back issues SUCK! .
I had right form but forget my core isn't really there for me that much, plus with all the relaxin hormone in my body (literally relaxes your ligaments and bones to allow stretching for baby) my ability to stay tight and rigid in my lifts is compromised. I just need to be more aware of this! I know it, hehe but i was a little pissed off when I did legs on Sunday and just ROCKED them! Felt great, but my body got a little upset! Thank goodness for my chiro!! 💕 .
Sleeping great, no hormone swings, no cravings, no heartburn... nothing. Just not getting all the water I need.... working on that! I get at LEAST 90oz, but goal is 128oz! I can do it!! 💪
Beyond grateful to my hubby for putting up with my one thing: the house at 68°. He's freezing at night and I'm just right! 😄 Thank you my love! 💕
