Every year on my birthday I do the same workout (below + discount code) with the amount of reps for my age. Each year I’ve been in a very different place, so I can’t really compare how I do. The first year I was the fittest I’d ever been lifting wise, and was 17 months postpartum. Last year I was 4 months postpartum with baby number 2 and still regaining fitness. This year I am pregnant with our third, and I have been running more than lifting recently.

32 burpees (I modified for pregnancy this year)

#bumpdate time! Maybe I’ll remember every few weeks. I have loved having these pictures to look back on in previous pregnancies, but this one is flying by!

I’m up about 8.5lbs & I’ve been craving soup. Specifically, New England clam chowder. A little tough getting that out in California. Running still feels great/energizing, and I’ve still been lifting 2-3 times per week.

My biggest struggle this pregnancy has been remaining on top of my hydration. It’s so hard to pee when you’re out with two kids!

Tried #snatching and #cleanandjerk after having a cold for 2 weeks. I cant believe how heavy it was! What was supposed to be an easy power snatch turned out a heavy full one. Keep picturing myself as the plus lifters who needs to swing around the belly. This seems like a lifetime ago! Not my physical state but my old garage, my old workout space. I miss my old rental house! 😭 my daughter learned to walk here, my son started and finished his last year of elementary here, I brought my last baby home here. Then two weeks later we moved into the home that will be our forever home. So many memories there.
Going to make some awesome new memories in my new garage gym.

Shout out to this soon-to-be Mama! Megan dominated this past 6-week Pre&Postnatal Program, and is a perfect example that pregnancy doesn't have to be a deterrent from the fitness world.. In fact, Megan just proved that you can continue to be strong 💪 Our last workout was the same exact as our first (6 weeks ago).. and Megan beat her original time by just over 60 SECONDS!!
