Every year on my birthday I do the same workout (below + discount code) with the amount of reps for my age. Each year I’ve been in a very different place, so I can’t really compare how I do. The first year I was the fittest I’d ever been lifting wise, and was 17 months postpartum. Last year I was 4 months postpartum with baby number 2 and still regaining fitness. This year I am pregnant with our third, and I have been running more than lifting recently.

32 air squats
32 burpees (I modified for pregnancy this year)
32 kettlebell swings
32 overhead walking lunges
