I absolutely love being pregnant. It’s one of the biggest blessings by far! But can I just say, when you actually take care of your body (and babe) during pregnancy it feels soo good!!! Left picture: I was eating for 2, not exercising, gave up all my previous hard work because I was pregnant and lacked motivation.
Right: I started filling lots of pregnant moms who were taking better care of there body. Moms who fought pregnancy cravings. Moms who took actions even though you don’t see the results.
I’m able to stay “fit” during this pregnancy with mindful eating, at home workouts, and crazy awesome accountability!!!
