And wether you explicitly talk and think about these things or not-- they are directly related to everything you've done today and everything you haven't done today. ✳️Quite obvious, not so profound; but this idea leads me to this question: πŸŒ€What have you done today to support your beliefs about your body? What did you today that strengthens your values about your health? And what about today reinforced your hopes and fears about your one wild life? ... that was 3 questions actually... ♻️Here's another question: are your behaviors a result of your beliefs or your beliefs a result of your behaviors? πŸ€” For real, I want to know. πŸ’ Know this, we humans despise uncertainty- so much so that our brains create stories all day long to fill in unknown details. So if you get an invitation or opportunity to try a new vegetable or hike a new trail or try a screen free day or give up evening cocktails or start a new strength training program or eat a different kind of breakfast or walk before work-- and your mind is like, "but wait, how will I ...? Where will the kids...? What if I don't like...? What if they don't...? What do I do with this...? Why would I...? What will it be like...? --- ask yourself my questions above. They're question to ask the heart and soul. Your heart and soul's answers will squash those worrisome questions from the chattering mind. βœ…what are you consistently doing to reinforce your beliefs about your body, your health, and your life? #whollywildpath #pnwonderland
