Not overnight work, first pic was mid 2015, last pic was today. From 135lb to 121lb and feeling better than ever. Graduation and motivation. Some days I find motivation and reason from the smallest of places.. To see how happy kids can be from the simplest things such as me attending this kiddos kindergarten graduation, makes me want to work harder than ever. So I dragged them to the gym... Even though they bailed on the workout they still motivated me to kill quads 😆
