Simple (AbMat) sit-ups on a Saturday at The SHOP. Saturday workouts are a blast! We usually have a huge crowd and I feel like everyone is just a notch less stressed because it is the weekend. Lots of fun!
If you know me at all then you know fitness is a big part of my life! Straight up, I just love it. I wish I could train all the time. Actually, this morning I worked out probably more than I should.
Obviously, there are so many benefits of exercise that I could write book. Any movement, recreational activity, sport, physical endeavor is awesome to keep the body healthy but, even more so, a dedicated strength and conditioning program can make everything you do in life better. My favorite part of training (among so many) is that I believe it is one of the absolute best ways to improve yourself as a person. Without your health and fitness, you are not at your best. #RaysWay
