Here's a good total body workout if you are needing to change things up, which you should be changing things up every few weeks so you keep your body guessing and responding to the stress you put on it. ;) Do each of these exercises for 30 seconds w/ 5 seconds rest between each exercise. Make sure to do the exercises on your right and left side :) Use light to medium weights, 5-10 lbs.
Repeat for a total of 2 rounds.
