Good Morning everyone. I was wondering how your going to make your Monday treat you well? I was apart of a Rogers tv day show a couple of months ago, speaking on my story, my mental health struggles and what I do out in the community. I believe that everyone has a story and a struggle, the answer to this is selfcare. I remind myself everyday that that is number one. We do have resources and extended support systems but we need to ensure we are our own rock. How we do this self-love. Please comment below on how you do this especially on a Monday.
