Happy #humpday🐫 people! 😊 😊 😊 Another fantastic day of hard work is done! I’m most definitely a #womanonamission and #nothingcanstopme from smashing my goals !!! Bottom line is - if I can physically do something — I’ll give it everything I’ve got. Otherwise why do it at all? I’m my own toughest critic and truthfully my best is never good enough 😊 BUT I think that’s why I’m so into #crossfit - you always chase something... trying to get to that perfection.. getting the movements right... ❤️ 💜 ♥️ 😍 Today I started early with a 20min #emom of 12cal #assaultbike and 15 #abmatsitups . It was a bit murderous - I tried to keep a fast pace on the bike through all rounds - min. 85rpm+ — true sprints. @lanita565 joined in and kicked ass! Proud of this girl!! We finished right before starting 4:30 class with @barbellbabebri ... after a short warmup - did 3 RDS of 10 #bandedglutebridges 10 weighted #ghdsitups and 5/5 #bottomsupkbpress ... Since my legs are still a no-go — we modified the rest of the #wod to part B: 12min for #pushpress 3RM, which I freaking quietly PRed at 125lbs!!! (Ok there was some groaning involved 😂 😂). #prcity #pralert 🚨🚨🚨 Last part was a 10min emom of 5 pushpress & 5 #backpress at 85lbs. For 5:30p - @teresap8435 and I joined @mr.diaz_55 and did his #wod modified... 4 RDS of: 24 #ringrows 24 #pushups 24 #wallballs and 400m #row ... SPICY AF!!! 🔥 🔥 🔥 🔥 it remains to be seen if I’ll be able to move my arms tomorrow 🤣. Happy Friday everybody! 😊 😊 What a great day it was! First of all - it’s the end of the week.... 😂 Most importantly, I have some major accomplishments to report 😆 1- #pralert #pr 🚨🚨🚨 I PR’ed my #deadlift today. 3RM.... 255lbs!!! My 1RM was I think 230 previously - so I am super duper excited! I completed the first #wod with a #metcon that was 4 RDS of 40 #airsquats and 2 #ropeclimbs yay! 😁 😁 . Something about RXing a workout just makes me feel good 😊 Second workout was no fun 😂 and it hurt really bad after I was done. #butdidyoudie 😂 Part 1 - 4RDS : 50 #situps + 10 #pullups . Part 2 - 4RDS : 40 #pushups + 10 #strictt2b (changed to knees to chest). Part 3 - 4RDS : 15cal #row + 30 #peekaboositups .... TBH - I did not think I was going to finish it. My arms were gone after 2nd RD of pushups. My shoulders and biceps and arms are totally gone-zo!!!! On the bright side, I have been using my @theragun in the evenings when I hurt. 😂 it’s super loud - and that’s the only negative of this little device. Otherwise, it’s a miracle worker! Holy cow! It hurts really bad, but it’s so good 😊 😊 Probably the best purchase EVER!!!! #theragun 😃 Tomorrow another day at the gym so I need to be ready to go.
