Not too shabby for not deadlifting heavy the past month. Feels good to have some weight in my hands again. Need to do some accessory work to work on that shaky ass lock out and my grip. But over all I'm happy with this πŸ€—

This PR came out of NOWHERE! I didn't expect it or train for it. I finished two seconds faster than my last PR in December, but this course was much hillier than the fast, flat beaches trail. I was also 13 seconds/km faster than my last 10 km less than a month ago!
