Salty hair, don't care!
My second float at @beyond.rest & it was quite different from the first. Again, I found myself initially swishing around inside the tank (even started doing a few stretches in there 🙄) but after 20-30 minutes my parade of thoughts eventually subsided, allowing my mind to enter a more meditative state. For me, floating not only compares well with other stress management techniques, but also gets the creative juices flowing. Everyone's experience is different! Other benefits include sleeping like a baby, feeling like jelly, stress relief + so much more. Thank you @beyond.rest for providing the opportunity to switch off, disconnect from the outside world & tune into my inner space 💙💙
