| The truth? This is what my morning meditation actually involves (well, seconds after it was done when I walked past my mirror and thought of this). I roll out of my bed, wrapped in a blanket, and onto the floor. There I meditate for 5-15 minutes, and then I begin my day.
On a perfect day I also get a physical asana practise in. But I have found this meditation practise to be crucial for my levels of sanity & compassion.. and i thus prioritise it over stretching my hamstrings any day.
