When we try to observe - actions, events, fluctuations of the mind - the tendency is to want to define these observations into words. But words are just language used for communication. We don’t need words to comprehend our observations.
We are used to forming words in our mind to communicate with our own ego - words that eventually turn these observations into analysis, judgement, emotions, reactions, etc.
Try, next time, to observe without the need to define the observations into words.
