Congrats to Jagdev Singh for finishing Top 10 at the 2017 CPU National Championships (Canadian Powerlifting Union.) Jagdev has been a regular at Infinite Motion for over a year, typically dropping by once a month in order to optimize his movement.
Powerlifting involves an insane amount of preparation. Part of Jagdev's prep is manual medicine and functional range conditioning. He typically makes a point to come in before and after starting new training programs, and definitely before any powerlifting meet. By ensuring that his soft tissue and joints are functioning to their maximum potential, Jagdev reports greater endurance and explosiveness during lifts and competitions.
For this year's National Championships, Jagdev required soft tissue manipulation of his shoulder external rotators, full body spinal manipulation to restore normal joint range of motion, and guidance with loaded end range exercise to increase resilience against injury.
We want to thank Jagdev for trusting us with his care, and allowing us to be a small part of something he is so passionate about!
