4 weeks ago I started a new block of training and my existing squat max was a very shaky high-bar single at 80kg. Since then, I've been learning the low bar technique and incorporating slower tempos to improve tightness. Today I did 2 comfortable sets of 3 at 80kg, as well as a single at 85kg and a single at 90kg (both PB's!!) & without a spot (psychological PB!!) - Considering the extreme heat & that I managed this at the end of a tough session, I'm feeling a lot more confident with my goal of triple digits in January!! 100kg squat here I come 👊🏼💪🏼👌🏻🙌🏼👏🏼 #thebootycult @thebootycult @jessiczka_z .
