Today was the first comp, where I got all Snatch attemps. I really worked hard for this competition in the last month, since went badly in overtraining... got out only after 4 months of struggeling and suffering... also under light weights, I was about to give up everything... but now I'm back like before and happy to have passed through an experience like this, to know how to avoid it in other moments, where it wouldn't be admitted at all to fail.

Here are today's 70kg / 75kg / 80kg Snatch

62,5kg / 138lbs Snatch doubles. So finally I found out, that there can be days, where you are weak at your strong lifts and strong at your weak lifts. πŸ€”πŸ’ͺπŸ˜…

Some Hip Cleans @ 60kg / 132lbs and some Front Squats @ 92,5kg / 204lbs

Snatch 52.5kg / 116lbs

Clean&Jerk 70kg / 155lbs

Squat 122.5kg / 270lbs

Bench 87.5kg / 193lbs

Deadlift 140kg / 308lbs
