Major shoutout to @stillnutting for letting me use his wraps and wrapping me, you the real MVP! Definitely feeling a lot better in the past fews weeks. Lower back is slowly subsiding and re-introductions the squat and deadlift into training again

This is a prime example of evaluating current training situation and taking a step back in order to push forward
.
Now if only I could work on my posing and facial expressions

Pull Up VS Chin Up - What Builds More Muscle

What are the differences and which one is right for you?
.
➡️ Pull Up - pronated grip, palms facing away from you. Traditionally these are slightly wider than on a chin up. There is also slightly more shoulder adduction taking place and slightly more lower trap work.
.
➡️ Chin Up - supinated grip, palms facing towards you. Slightly more direct bicep work. Usually done at shoulder width apart.
.
The biggest difference between the two comes in with, grip width. The narrower stance of the chin up recruits more of the upper Lats. The wider grip will be more lower lat recruitment.
.
When it comes down to it, they are very similar exercises and if you prefer one or the other then do those. Otherwise you can do a variety of both and get some overall work in.

Am Samstag hat sich mal wieder gezeigt wie gut es ist intensive Trainingspartner wie den werten Herrn Schweda zu haben! Reverse Band beugen mit 230/240/250 für je 5er dann ein Satz mit 230kg bei dem Schwetti nach der 3.WDH "noch 5" ankündigt - was soll man da tun.
Danach gab es statt 245kgx3 von Blöcken das ganze vom Boden und dann nochmal 245kgx5 weil Schweda 4 gemacht hat. Währenddessen beugt @carlogman 265kgx2 easy, obwohl er im einer war und @basti_der_glaser haut 255kg im Anzug weg wie nix. @jagob, Jeson und @saidsakas hauen ihre reps weg - beste Stimmung, beste Motivation, beste Crew. Gestern regeneriert und ab heute wieder 4 Tage Wahnsinn dann die Oberbayerische am Samstag! Yeeeeehaaaaw

So the last video for the day is a "it was at this moment, he knew he fucked up"

I'm glad to say I haven't bombed a squat in a while. Till today that is.
I was setting up my second set of 207.5, the rack setup felt good, walk out was tight, descent felt good glutes engaged etc.
Now as an experienced failure, I know that rolling the bar or dropping it off the back is what I need to do. What I didn't know was that my belt would get caught.
Lesson learnt kids.
P.s I'm ok. My fat fluffiness saved my life.
