P O W E R 💥 Breakfast! .
ANYone can make a smoothie! Sooo easy and sooo much better than cereal, a pastry, or instant oatmeal! All you need to remember is:
•Choose a base (almond milk, milk, water, coconut water, etc.) • Choose a protein source (scoop of protein powder--whey or plant or GREEK yogurt) • a cup of fruit (berries & mangos are my fave, but do whatcha feel) • a cup of fresh spinach or kale (i aim for veggies with every meal) • drizzle of agave or honey • ice (optional) .
