⚠T R A N S F O R M A T I O N ⚠ 9 years apart, same pants, same room, same time of day...same questionable dress sense πŸ˜‚ There's a reason why im covering my face in that second pic. I'm embarrassed. Its not because I care about how I look. I'm embarrassed by how much I have sacrificed to make this meagre change. Im embarrassed of how much time and effort I sunk into this venture which could have been applied my studies, business and career. I'm embarrassed of how many times I said no to social events, alcohol or foods that I knew would hinder my progress. I'm embarrasssed of all the friendships and relationships I've lost because of my unrelenting drive and commitment to the cause. Progress didn't come easily to me. Being a skinny kid with a fast metabolism meant that I had to become a slave to forcefeeding. In a way it really was an eating disorder at times. It controlled my life. I cant count how many times I stayed up til 3am shovelling food down to the point I wanted to vomit. I cant count how many times I stared at that gruel with hatred for the inconvenience consuming those calories caused. I cant count how many times I fought with my parents because they thought the whole pursuit was manifest mental illness. But would I be the man I am today if I hadn't walked through the valley of the shadow of death? Fuck no. I wouldn't change that for the world. All the pain and suffering brought pride. It brought serenity. I feel at peace knowing I achieved what I set out to do. One day, perhaps many years from now, you too will find it for yourself. The vastus medialis (teardrop) is one of the most common body parts that lags for people, probably a close second to calves. Here are 3 key exercises to help you develop them:
(1) Skater Lunges - Standing upright with a shoulder-width stance, step your right leg behind and across your left leg about a shoulder's distance away. Then squat down by bending both legs and touch the floor with your right hand (assuming you are not holding dumbbells). Then switch.
(2) Bulgarian Split Squat - Set up a bench behind you, curl one of your legs and place the top of that foot on the bench. Once in a comfortably balanced position squat down to where your knee just touches the ground. With your front leg, make sure your knee does not extend past your front foot. -
(3) Single Leg Extension Variant - Turn the foot of the leg that is being worked about 30 degrees outward. Perform the extension and hold it at the top for about 2 seconds and get a good squeeze.

Set four of five shown here. @sethie_seth thanks. 5x5 with 370/ feet on a bench/ managed to get 2x5 and the remaining 3 sets I stalled around the halfway point on rep five. Accomplished my fourth rep each set so I'm somewhat pleased and all my fifth reps did come off my chest. Making a already difficult bench variation even more Difficult. People can say what they wish about bench pressing. "Oh it's not functional, oh it's useless" blah blah. Only 6 men have benched 700+. The higher the number, the fewer the men. For me it gives me chest development worthy to be on stage, especially dried out. It can be dangerous but so can anything else in life. πŸ’₯Fitness TipπŸ’₯ A little super set I like doing when I hit biceps. Start off with the ez curl bar anywhere from 12-20 reps then jump straight into reverse curls until failure. Trust me when I say this will give you a badass pump! πŸ’ͺ Next time y'all hit arms try this, keep the weight light and keep control of the weight! I see to many people go in the gym, grab a heavy curl bar or dumbbells and have TERRIBLE form then wonder why they're not seeing results. I'm curling a 50lb bar and reverse grip curling a 30 lb bar.
