Took advice from @jessebrint and picked up some short shorts. Now, I can powerlift and be my own cheerleader all at the same time! 😂 Worked up to a heavy sleeved triple @ 440, followed by a single @ 465 in wraps, and back down for 3 sets of 4 @ 375. Widened my stance and put on the legacy lifters because I’ve had some pain in my calves, and I want to use my hips more with the sleeves.
