A much #latergram of some tatertot poutine ft. Wegmans tots, cheese curds from Yancey's Fancy, and homemade gravy from chicken stock.
Step 1: take curds out of the fridge and let come to room temp.
Step 2. Bake tots.
Step 3. Make gravy. (I used butter and flour to thicken my chicken stock)
Step 4. Layer tots, curds, gravy. Repeat.
Step 5. Enjoy.
