Just found this abandoned #poult in the backyard. Do we 1) let nature run its course. Coyotes need to eat too. Or 2) raise it as our own, at least until Thanksgiving. Please cast your vote in the comments section below. 🦃 🇹🇷 🐺 🍼
@powazek and friends. We went in to check on the poults to find little perched on the box and big on top of the router. Given that they woke us up at 4am with their yodeling and with their increased mobility, it was time for them to join the chicks in the shop. I'm going to have an excellent snippet for my @1_second_everyday today.
My special little poult with the crooked neck is growing stronger daily. I introduced him to the adults and they weren't having it. They want nothing to do with the little guy. If Rupert were still alive he would have taken the babies in immediately. Every year he raised the babies. Some animals are one of a kind. On the plus side, it looks like this little one is going to have a good life. See how well he's using his neck? Very proud of him. ♡
