Sure, life is crazy busy, and this will only make it busier, but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Two of my favorites (@getwellwithkel and @colbylivesfit) recently posted about the power simply changing your mindset from “I HAVE to” to “I GET to” can have on your happiness. I am beyond grateful that I GET to wake up every morning with a crazy to-do list and an ever growing list of dreams and goals. I am thankful I GET to wrestle (very large) high school boys to the ground (yes, this happened 😂), I GET to pull all nighters studying subjects I am passionate about, and I GET to wake up early for killer workouts. 👊

Realize how many people wish they could do what you “have to do”.
We don’t have a crystal ball, tomorrow you may wake up unable to do these things.
I challenge you to start looking at life with the mindset that you GET to, not that you have to; you’ll be surprised how adding a little positivity into your outlook can affect your mental health.😘
