No one else can take control of your health, your life, your body. You are the one who has to love yourself first 💕You need to decide you are done with fad diets, yo-yo-ing, done with letting limiting beliefs and excuses run the show. When you do that THATS when you create habits, a lifestyle. I've hit plateaus in my journey but what's the real difference in these 2 photos? Which are 10 months apart btw 😘 Not giving up even when I hit a bump in the road, deciding I was over staying in my comfort zone. Deciding I was going to commit to myself and not slow down. A plateau is just a time to re access, learn what works as well as what doesn't and then move forward.
