#tbt to March '17: overweight, always tired, not happy with my weight/size. After we took those family pictures I told myself I would begin working out on April.
Fast forward to March '18: lost a ton of weight, muscle gains, back to my pre-baby clothes (size 4) and most importantly: HAPPY! Happy I've come so far physically and mentally. Happy I'm the example my children have on health & fitness, happy I'm able to share my journey with y'all to show y'all that it IS POSSIBLE! 💪🏻 DM for details 😁
