Guten Morgen 😃
Beim gestrigen Versuch einen Pflaumenkuchen zu backen (wollte ein neues Rezept kreieren) ist leider nur ein Haufen Matsche entstanden 😂😂 Wer kennts? 😅 Aber das passiert, kann ja nicht immer alles gleich auf Anhieb funktionieren 🙈 Also zeig ich euch einfach noch mal diesen hier und ein Rezept gibt's auch dazu 😘

🌸50g Dinkelmehl 🌸20g Mandelmehl* 🌸5g Backpulver 🌸100g Apfelmark/ Mus 🌸50g Magerquark 🌸1 Leinsamen Ei o. 1 Ei 🌸Zimt 🌸ein Schuss Milch (ich habe Cashew benutzt) 🌸 50g Xylit* oder Süße nach Wahl 🌸2 Pflaumen
Für die Streusel:
🌸30g gemahlene Haferflocken 🌸10g Kokosöl* 🌸etwas geriebene Tonkabohne (optional) 🌸Vanille Flavourdrops 👉🏼alles mixen, in eine Form geben (hatte 14cm), Pflaumen in Spalten schneiden und darauf legen
👉🏼den Rest zu Streuseln verarbeiten und auf die Pflaumen streuen, bei 180 Grad Ober-/ Unterhitze ca. 45 Minuten backen.

Cinnamon Plum cake with Tonka Vanilla Crumble 😍
My cake from yesterday was a fail 😅 toooo soft and watery 🙈 But that happens by creating new recipes, who knows? 😂 So here is an older one:
For the dough:
🌸50g spelt flour 🌸20g Almond flour 🌸5g baking powder 🌸100g Apple purée 🌸50g low fat Curt or cream cheese
🌸1 flax egg or 1 Egg 🌸a little bit milk (Cashew...) 🌸sweetener of choice and Cinnamon 🌸2 plums
For the streusel:
🌸10g Coconut oil 🌸30g ground Oats 🌸vanilla Flavourdrops and optional a little bis of grated Tonka bean
👉🏼mix everything together, fill in a baking pan and cut the plums into slices 👉🏼lay on the dough, mix everything for the Streusel and lay on the top
👉🏼bake at 180d/ 356f for about 45 minutes (in a 14cm form, bigger form shorter time to bake)

Aloha🤙 Kürbis Couscous Salat mit #oatishähnchen

Dafür habe ich:
➡ Couscous mit 1 1/2 Menge kochender Gemüsebrühe übergossen und quellen lassen,
➡ Kürbis (Hokkaido) gekocht,
➡ eine Paprika zerkleinert,
➡ paar Cherry Tomaten halbiert,
➡ noch bissel Gurke mit dem Messer bearbeiten,
➡ ne Lauchzwiebel zerstückeln,
➡ alles in ne Schüssel geben und mit Pizza und Pastazauerei und Piment d' Espelette von @spice_bar * gewürzen, bums fretsch is.

Für das Hähnchen (oatishähnchen)
-> rohe Hähnchenbrust in Gewürzen wälzen heute in Rauchiger Drecksau von @spice_bar * und anschließend bei 200° Umluft in den Ofen, für 10 - max. 20 Minuten, is immer etwas abhängig vor der Größe, so ne 200g Brust braucht ca. um die 15 Minuten.

I function extremely well with this protocol of Only eating 85% of my carbs post workout, usually in the evening.
Yes, you can eat carbs after 6pm and it does not turn into fat. It potentially helps you increase serotonin levels which can relax and enhance sleep.

🦆 Grilled Duck Steaks (@gressinghamduck)
🌵Asparagus
🍚 White Basmati Rice (@bionaorganic)
🍎 Apple Cider Vinegar
Salsa
🍍 Diced Pineapple
🌿 Fresh Lemon Thyme or Thyme
🎋 Spring Onion
🌊 Sea Salt

The chopped salsa is a great addition Duck and Pineapple go well together

Some cultures always include some sort of fruit with their main meals or a raw called potentially for the enzyme factor involved to help digestion. Ie.

Pineapples, especially the core have an enzyme called Bronelain.
It has many benefits such as digesting proteins, inflammation & more

Lemon thyme has an amazing flavour too, can definitely taste the difference
I always use Fresh or Dried herbs as much as possible they pack a big punch of@benefits for something so small

White rice is my preferred choice, it does not have the anti nutrients that Brown rice has which potentially can steal nutrients off you!
If you go back to cultures who consumed rice. Particular Asian , they all eat White rice. Did they know something ?

Avo breakfast muffins 😍 them are gluten free, super fluffy and delicious (Español abajo)
I think that all you already realized that I'm really addicted to breakfast muffins 😂 well, I also became addicted to this recipe, the idea was to only eat two or three, but I just stopped at eight 😅😛
Them are more fluffy than I expected, I used buckwheat flour and a gluten free mix, in the same proportions I used for the banana bread a few days ago, and it really makes all the baked goods super fluffy and moist 😋
Them are really many sweet recipes with avocado, like flourless avocado chocolate cakes or avocado mousse 😜 These muffins are a great example, the recipe will go up tomorrow to the blog 😁

Muffins de palta para el desayuno 😍 son súper esponjosos y deliciosos
Creo que todos ustedes ya se dieron cuenta de que soy realmente adicto a los muffins para el desayuno 😂 bien, también me convertí en adicto a esta receta, la idea era sólo comer dos o tres, pero recién me detuve a las ocho 😅😛
Son más esponjosos de lo que esperaba, usé harina de trigo sarraceno y una mezcla sin gluten, en las misma proporción que usé para el pan de banana hace unos días, y realmente hace que todos los productos horneados sean súper esponjosos y húmedos 😋
Hay realmente muchas recetas dulces con palta, como tartas de palta sin harina o mousse de palta 😜 Estos muffins son un gran ejemplo, la receta la subiré mañana al blog 😁
