First time attempting deadlifts since about Jan/Feb. I took time off from "heavy" lifting to recover from my surgery. Last night while watching old lifting videos I got the itch to see where I'm at... I'm kinda crazy like that. 🤷🏽♀️ 1st video was 199# which was easy. 2nd and 3rd video are 221#. 4th video is an attempt at 248.5#... Thank you @georgina_ann for videoing and cheering me on, you're the best!!! ❤💪
PS: I know my form sucks right now... it's been over 8 months since I've even tried to deadlift a bar.
