The rope pull through can be used as a warm up or part of your workout as I’m doing with Mayra. If you feel your low back become irritated when doing a hip hinge exercise try rope pull through to keep the tension on the glutes and hamstrings.

#mostimproved Award goes to my man Jax! When I filmed him dead lifting JUST 3 WEEKS ago, we were trying to work on him using the posterior chain better and not dropping his hips too low.
Now he has a better understanding!
