As promised- a layout of my diet post competition! πŸ’•

I start every day with drinking a big glass of ice cold water! But after, I dove into my cup of coffee! I really didn’t drink any caffeine during prep for some reason, so this was a little treat to myself! I used the chocolate glazed donut k-cup, a little bit of vanilla almond milk, a stevia packet, and a scoop of my iced vanilla cafe amino energy! SO good and a great healthy alternative to those of you who are like me and still need your coffee super sweet in order to enjoy it

For breakfast I took my Rivalus Protein (I have the flavor soft serve vanilla) and mixed a little water and through it in the freezer to make a paste! I spread that onto three rice cakes and sprinkled it with cinnamon and stevia! -
I am still planning on drinking a gallon of water each day, but I plan on getting that water intake in a few different ways! One way is to sip on my watermelon amino energy throughout the day! I also ordered this collagen powder that I am really excited to add to my everyday diet!! -
For my morning snack I did 1 oz of almonds! I used the almonds my coworker made which are naturally flavored with caramel and cinnamon!! SO yummy!

Next meal is a salad with iceburg lettuce, spinach, some tomatoes, and 3 oz of chicken! I used walden farms ranch dressing today, but they have TONS of flavors! I also take a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar with this meal!

My next meal is once again 3 oz of chicken and then a Β½ cup of white rice! I used jasmine rice because it is my FAVORITE! Then I drizzled some Mrs. Dash sweet teriyaki marinade on top (I LOVE THIS STUFF ) and it is salt free! -
Before my workout I am eating 5 oz of cod seasoned with Flavor God seasoning and then a Β½ cup of green beans drizzled with walden farms Honey Dijon dressing!

The last meal of the day will be 3 oz of chicken and 3 oz of sweet potatoes! I like to cut my sweet potatoes really thin and season them with Flavor God chocolate donut seasoning and stevia and bake them at 350 for about 10 min! Call me weird: but it tastes AMAZING to me!

The struggle is real post-competition. Still trying to balance out diet with out the strictness of prep. I had this one yesterday and it was yummy so decided to make it again. Strawberries and cream protein oatmeal with added chia and flax and this morning I also added a tbsp of unsweetened coconut flakes. Yum!! 340 calories, 31g Carbs, 13g Fat, 30g Protein, 2g Sugar #postcompetitiondiet

I was SUPER bloated after a week of binging post competition. My body is finally starting to normalize and my bloat is going down just from drinking more water thanks to my new coach @dianabecker12 !
