The majority of the conversations 😫I hear, articles I read in the western world are about... losing weight 🤡and how to get a dream 😍physique. .
I am definitely cautious about what I eat but I enjoy eating green vegetables 🥒 like spinach/green beans and other nutrient rich foods (fish, cottage cheese) most of the time (90% of my diet) while having some fast food 🍔 🌯 from time to time (10% of my diet). .
It's a paradox but since I began my fitness 💪 journey I started to focus less on my physique, more on eating the right food 🥒 and planning 📝 my 🏋. I became more confident and more successful in other aspects of my life: work, networking, relationships.
Always worrying about your physique is not healthy 😡and won't get you anywhere. However having a smart plan 🗺 of action with realistic goals 🥇 that fits into your schedule will certainly make you more confident and will get you there.
Surprisingly people with a "dream physique" have insecurities 😳 too. So focus on getting inner confidence ✊ and seek help if you need to get back on track!
