How do you remain positive when you feel like you're overwhelmed with negativity? Well, I'll tell you what I do. I sit my ass down, and I do not move until I feel like I've made a 180 👏🏻
I write down everything that I want as if I already have it. Then I write down how I will live out my day in the form of statements. .
🔹"I WILL be laser focused today" .
🔹"I WILL remain positive" .
🔹 "I will organize my thoughts and be steady" .
Essentially, I put myself in time out until the positive statements replace the negative in my mind. .
This sounds silly, but it will completely change your outlook. Your mind has more power than you believe. .
