Today we'd like to teach you about mind control!😲😁😊 Ok ok, We're not saying you can control others mind but, you can control your own and make it do your bidding! 😎😈 So you know all those things you really really want in your life. You know like: your gym goals🏋🏾♀️, bae goals❤ or, maybe that cute 🐶 you always see on your TL. Well here's how you get them.
Close your eyes and let's think of a happy moment in your past (Graduating HS/college, Getting that promotion you wanted or getting married.) And put it on the left. Now on the right put a mental picture of what you desire(🏋🏾♀️❤🐶) and how happy you'll be with it. Now let's go back to the left and think about how happy and joyful you felt when that memory happened. Now look left holding that emotion of joy. Look back at your original memory, look back at your new image take a breath and open your eyes.
OK so you're gonna feel a little crazy doing this.😂 However, you should still practice this daily using emotions of your past happy and joyful events. The goal is to trick your mind into thinking you already have these things, which brings it closer to you, in reality you'll start to notice signs if you pay close attention to your day-to-day life. OK go out and test out your new superpower!💪🏾 Remember this can be used in reverse so keep those thoughts positive! ✌🏾
