Kenapa Anda Perlu Coach & Mentor ?

Coaching ialah 'melatih' atau 'mengajar'. Coach ialah 'pelatih' atau 'pengajar'.
Mentoring ialah 'menasihat'. Mentor ialah 'penasihat'. Lawannya 'MENTEE' atau 'PROTEGE' iaitu 'orang yang dinasihati'. Apa beza 'COACHING' dengan 'MENTORING'? Dalam 'coaching' anda disuruh arah. Coach cuba mendidik dan membentuk diri anda.

Dalam 'mentoring' anda mengeluarkan potensi dari diri anda sendiri. Mentor cuma memandu atau mencadangkan kepada anda. Kita mencari jawapan sendiri. Kita membuat pengakuan dan berjanji dengan diri sendiri.

Dalam 'coaching' jurulatih menyuruh anda berbuat sesuatu, kita tidak ada pilihan: mahu tak mahu kita kena buat. Jika tidak kita kena marah dan kena hukum atau denda. Kita tidak ada pilihan untuk tidak bersetuju atau membangkang. Kadang-kadang kita terpaksa bersetuju. Kita buat dengan hati yang berat. Jasmani kita atau badan fizikal kita melakukannya dengan susah payah. Kita cepat letih. Kita juga cepat lupa. Cepat bosan.

Dalam 'mentoring' kita membuat pengakuan apa yang kita hendak. Setinggi mana impian kita. Kita letakkan sasaran kita. Kita mencari jalan bagaimana mencapainya. Mentor akan bertanya,"Bagaimana kamu nak mencapainya?". Kita jawab sendiri kemampuan kita. Antara 0-10 berapa anda beri diri anda grade.

Sebelum masuk tidur malam cuba bayangkan apa yang anda hendak lakukan keesokkan hari? Tidurlah awal dengan aman. Dan ketika bangun tidur keesokan hari, apa rasa anda? Adakah anda berasa perubahan terhadap semangat dan motivasi diri anda?

These are some crazy happy hot peppers 🌶 that I got my mom back in May. It was a tiny little plant at first but with consistent nurturing it has grown wildly in its little container pot.

This plant thinks it’s own a farm somewhere. It’s not though. It’s in a supportive environment.

Looking at the plant today made me reflect on what I was nourishing in my life. .
.
No matter the type of plant/seed there are 3 principles at work. If you water, feed and protect something...it will grow. .

It made me examine what I was feeding and protecting in my life. It made me question what fruit, what blooms was I preparing to receive.
