Have you ever been around shit-talking, or perhaps, said some not-so-kind words yourself? Maybe you've said some things without really thinking first? As adults, we've probably all been there at one point or another. It's unfortunate, but it's also just part of being human. Mindless words can take various forms such as complaints, gossip, detrimental statements about self, and excessive unnecessary babble.
For years, I've been practicing this mantra, and it's amazing how much it's impacted the energy in my daily life. Our words are energy, and the more positive they are, the more positive energy we will be able to give, and in return receive.
