One tiny thing with a big impact everyone can do: stop buying liquid soap in plastic bottles and grab the solid soap bar right next to it in the store.
It's not only cheaper but it also saves innocent animals that are dying from our garbage every day. 🐋
Waste always finds it way into the oceans, lakes or rivers.
Making sure our waste gets disposed of properly is important yes, but why not try to ditch single use products in the first place?
For me, this also includes anything allegedly 'sustainable'. Compostable packaging only works if it gets composted correctly which in fact rarely happens.
It's a good place to start but everything that is only made for us to use once is a massive waste of resources and never truly sustainable (in my opinion). 🌎 -----🛒Links in bio
