Since some friends asked for update and advice:
I’m about 1,5 weeks into the IF, unfortunately with some adjustments as it’s hard to stay on as an athlete and a busy schedule. Some argue it’s not beneficial this way, some think there’s no issue at all, and since I like trying out stuff and like experimenting I’m still into it and we will see.
But since I know some of you were inspired with it and jumped straight into the wagon after me, I suggest you to not play around like me and just stick to basics. And I’m already happy to hear some good results from you, you guys motivate me too, truly.
For now, I lost my fat face and some belly(I think) while scale is still quite similar to before.
My crazy cravings are gone, overall I feel good but can’t say I went up insanely on performance or anything yet. I need more time to test this as I just came back from a “holiday” where I did most unathletle-like things for two weeks, so I feel more like I’m in recovery now, we’ll see.
For first training of the day I use: Xtend BCAA since some asked. Still my favorite bcaa’s to day, with minerals in it and tastes awesome. No calories.
I will of course give more updates as I go on.
