Texas has a lot of interesting and unique buildings scattered around the state from across it’s history. Some of these places are brought back to life and persevered - like The Alamo or this old pioneers farmstead. While other places are the forgotten and abandoned buildings and ghost towns from a time not too long ago.
Kati got me a really cool book for my birthday that goes into this and combines two of my favorite things: photography and history. It’s called “Lost, Texas” and explores the history and the character of these forgotten parts of Texas. Also, I’m a sucker for a good coffee table book 💁
