For me, one of the biggest causes of weight gain. It is so easy to over consume if you're including nut butters and other high fat foods into your diet for example. This is the difference of Half a Tablespoon which isn't a lot at all.
Imagine 5 meals with an over consumption of a certain food by 50/100 calories, soon adds up.

It's been a few weeks since I posted a peanut butter comparison so I thought it was about that time again to ruin everyone's hopes and dreams by showing how calorie dense peanut butter is and how the difference between one serving and two looks nearly identical to the naked eye. You don't need to necessarily weigh all of your food. I'm pretty good at eyeballing most foods from experience but peanut butter is one food I'll always weigh out because I honestly would have no idea how much I ate if I didn't.

Been a hot minute since I made a protein mug-cake but I made one tonight (inspired by @karacoreyfitlife #carrotcake ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿฐ recipe she just posted on YT) and was reminded how good these things are for a sweet tooth ๐Ÿจ
The cake is moist from cashew milk, coconut flour, and pumpkin and the icing is a mixture of plain Greek yogurt + fat-free cream cheese, stevia and vanilla extract and then topped with a dollop of new chocolate @reddiwip ๐Ÿฆ

Prepping my weekend with some healthy eats. Fell off the wagon a little bit yesterday with a few too many tasty treats so trying to right myself now. This weekend is going to be full of fruit, smoothies and salads! Here I have some pre-done soft boiled eggs I can grab and go, extra smoothie I have put in some Tupperware, and a yummy summer salad with a homemade cilantro lime dressing (just throw some cilantro, lime, avocado, and Greek yogurt in a blender with some salt and pepper ๐Ÿ˜‹). Also some yummy oranges which are amazing to have sitting poolside which is where I will be today!! ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ˜Ž
