Mid afternoon snack time... I ALWAYS used to get that 3 in the afternoon crash and I would brew a coffee to wake me up. THOSE days are GONE, including drinking coffee. Instead a little pick me up with natural sugars from the strawberries and healthy carbs from the chickpeas that taste like CHOCOLATE pudding😍
Sooo EXCITED they had strawberries🍓this week!!! Now if I can limit myself to a serving size of CHOCOLATE HUMMUS🍫😜 Have you TASTED this yet? WHY not???😍

Today is my last day on my program, like HOLY SHIT it’s day 80/80🙆🏼 I have not missed one workout, HOWEVER my nutrition on the plan I’d score it a 75🤦🏼‍♀️ Life happens, you make bad choices, you skip meals, you over indulge. You here it’s all balance BUT how do you get back on track? That’s why its great knowing I have a plan to follow. There’s is ALWAYS something there for me. When I would “DIET”, I actually was looking for a way to eat better, get healthy and fit. Well we know how diets go, quick results that don’t last. THINK about that for a sec🤔💡Does THIS sound healthy?
I was NOT looking for a “LIFESTYLE” but I sure as hell found one. Being a wellness coach has helped me work on ME and reach my goals. I FEEL flipping amazing AND have made some great friends! I actually have mentors that I look up to, I can reach out to at any moment that will HELP ME to be a better me💗
CHEERS to the weekend, my last day on my program and to a life I have yet to live🥂

I love this meal plan because it’s so EASY to follow. If it fits in the container, you eat it. If it doesn’t.. you don’t. No counting points, macros, calories, weighing foods etc.. EASY PEASY! .

It’s great because I’ve always struggled with portion sizes and this helps me so much to have containers for specific food groups (fruit, healthy fat and dressing containers not pictured) .

Lunch time. Its funny before doing this program, u would never catch me eating healthy. Before i was thinking that eating healthy would be boring and only eating salad, boy was i wrong. Haha. Now i get to enjoy all these varieties and im loving every bite of it.

So Peak week starts today, which means the last push to get RESULTS!! My nutrition is a little different, lots more veggies and protein👌🏼When I started this program back on January 15th, I thought 80 days, that’s a LONG time.... Fast forward and I’m so glad I tried💪🏼 This journey has been my best yet! Although the timed nutrition is tough when you work full time or when life throws you the shit stick. I have LEARNED throughout this program how much fueling your body right controls your thoughts, helps you sleep better AND gives you energy NATURALLY AND some serious boots gains AND abs😍 Who doesn’t want that?😜 So with that being said, I will enjoy my first lunch salad of the season, (homemade of course)and stay on point this last week! Had 3 bottles of water already.
After a quick 20 minute #cardio #workout, I had a simple shake this morning Vanilla #Shakeology and water. By my mid morning I was ready for my #coffee drink in which I blend #coconutoil, #tumeric #cinnamon and #cayenne spices into fresh brewed organic coffee. It's time for lunch, but I am not too famished.
But don't let the size of my #portioncontainers fool you! I pretty much know what my #portion size is, but want to show you just how much it is! #Zucchini slices with #avocado made into a #spicy #guacamole.
