Haven't been to the gym lately, figured I really chill from the weights to heal both of my arms up. Before I end this post, I wanted to share something with y'all, @unclescary, @_teamboom24 and everybody that gives a sh*t about me (๐Ÿ˜‰) always stress this... No matter how hard and intense you workout ain't sh*t going to happen, in terms of weight loss, if you ain't ๐Ÿ’ฏ in your diet. Don't sabotage yourself if you are on this path. I know it's hard and I've been struggling too. I've got to find the balance. I'm no expert in any of this but I always ask questions to people that been down this road and were successful in it. #earlypost AM workout knocked out! Mainly worked on back and did like one bicep workout. Wanted to focus on my back and will blast my arms another day, lol. The workout went great but the last one I did was a real struggle, especially the last set. I felt the strain all throughout my body and could only do 5 reps but I FOUGHT for that sh*t so I feel uber good about it! -
Been doing this intermittent fasting (16/8) for the past few days and will give it a go for a few more--Also, I guess it's normal to feel extra hungry for the first few weeks until you get use to it. Seriously, your boy be HUNNNGRYYY! ๐Ÿ˜‚ Have a great morning y'all #beaccountable

Man oh man, felt great to be back in the gym. Banged up both of my arms from work (crazy tendonitis), hence the straps on them, but wanted to test the waters and see where I was at strength-wise and I wasn't disappointed. Definitely need to find some sleeves that work better than these straps but until then I will be hitting the weights light and doing lots of cardio. #mealprep for the next 6 days is DONE. Tomorrow is my Monday for the day job and well... *cough cough* lol jk. Nothing exciting for the meals just eating what I'm suppose to eat with the added carb (tortilla) to keep me going through the day. I don't have has much time as I use to so I improvised a bit with some tips from @mennehall ======================================= Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs w/ spinach and 4 cherry tomatoes

Lunch: Chicken leg and thigh (from El Pollo Loco) w/ a corn and tomato medley (also from El Pollo Loco)

Dinner: Same protein w/ steamed broccoli and a dash of Bay seasoning.

Gallon and a half of water each day.

I haven't really done #tbt posts but I was scrolling through my photos and saw this. Here's a pic of my beautiful mother and I at my sister's (@mennehall) wedding years ago. Young, dumb and full of anything I wanted to eat on sight. It was also HOT as sh*t that night but being the person that I was at the time, I would wear anything to cover up my shame (fat lol) even if it meant burning tf up. I wasn't always big throughout my life but this photo was taken around the time when sh*t began to get serious. I can't remember what weight I was in this but that doesn't matter...
