What is the Rajasekar Vinyasa Krama ?
How is it performed as a ritual ?
The Rajasekar Vinyasa Krama is the sequence of synchronised flow of 108 asanas that are performed in one hour.
This series is designed by the Avatar, H.H. Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
This is the only sequence in the world where Yoga is performed as a ritual.
Swamiji defines true Yoga as the science which makes the divine connect to you.
It is an ancient Hindu ritual performed to connect with Sadashiva, that can lead to the experience of enlightenment or self realisation.
At the beginning of this ritual, we start with chanting the Sadguru Vandanam, prayer to invoke Swamiji. Then we chant the Shiva moola mantra eleven times.
After this, we do achamaniyam, washing of the mouth and chant the Sankalpa, which is creation of the conscious will to manifest what we want.
This is done before starting the practice/sequence of 108 asanas. As we go through the sequence, for each asana, the chanting of the original verse from the scriptures is done alongside.
After the practice is completed, we end by chanting the Poorna mantra, for completion to end the ritual of Yoga.
This is how we perform the ritual of Yoga here, the way it was meant to be, from the Shastra Pramana, as the Adi Guru Sadashiva intended it to be.
It is an experience that truly leads to the union of the divine with man, not drop into ocean, but ocean into drop! .
