My conditioning routine:
It depends on what kind of exercises I'm doing and how much hours of training I've planned in this week.
👉🏻 Don't forget to do both sides!! You can always switch side, even with your inverted crucifix. 'Simply' swap your legs. .
Some of these exercises look quite innocent. But damn.. I'd sore muscles for at least two days from building a tower of blocks!😂
