Successful start into this week! 💪 have you been active yesterday? I love training on monday evening, it makes surviving mondays so much easier. 😂 Yesterday I started with an hour cardio on the treadmill and afterwards 2 hours of pole with a lot of beautiful #pdayeshavariation and finally I'm getting closer to this damn #pdironx 💪 At the moment I'm feeling so strong like I've never felt before. I think the good mixture of taking pole classes, teaching pole classes, practicing pole on my own and with my #polesisters 💞 but specially the gym workouts and trainings sessions with @some1elsewhere 💕 changed my level of strength 💪 You have to find the right mixture for yourself and you will see big differences, not only in strength! 😉 Stay active!
