My eating times have been off today, I had a smoothie for breakfast that kept me full until 11:30...but I still wanted breakfast. So I made “brunch” then and then just had this lunch now. I probably will just have a snack and dessert later.

When it's 10:00 at night and you finally have time to eat and are exhausted...a frozen smart ones meal for dinner it is! I added a grilled chicken breast and a a diet Snapple to drink....not all dinners can me gourmet meals! But at least I stuck to not going over my points! 8 SP TOTAL
