🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼thank you, thank you! Since Lincoln caught the flu bug 2 weeks ago (he’s sooo much better now!!!!), I haven’t worked out AT ALL. For the first week he was sick, dealing with a sick/fussy baby was extremely exhausting. I was beyond worried and spent my days holding my baby 24/7. The next week, even though Linc was “better”, meaning no fever, he still wasn’t himself and we spent every evening playing and cuddling (as I was still working 8 hours a day). By the time he went to bed, I was too worn out to workout and I chose sleep over exercise. But, during that time, I really tried to stick to eating well- making good food choices and tracking my intake. So, I’m happy to see a loss this week, even without working out. When you’ve got others to care for, (small) things like skipped workouts have to be thrown out the window because life happens. Yes, because, LIFE.
