Check: neutral spine when legs are on the mat, spine imprinted as you elevate (if you don't have the core strength this is a security for your lower back). Keep the chin tucked in (long neck), keep knees stacked over hips, the min they come towards your chest you stop using your TA (the core muscle we are working out in pilates).
You can use a ball, pillow for the first half the sequence. If you want to work the chest and don't own a magic circle invest in a resistance band, they are AMAZING for total body workout, or just do some good old push ups 👊🏻✨🔥
